Shipping Information

Processing & Handling Time

Each fine art print is prepared with care. Orders require 5 business days for print preparation and handling (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) before shipping from our facility in California. This includes quality checks, careful packaging, and coordination with our print partners to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

Free Domestic Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders $65+ within the United States.

Standard Shipping

For orders under $65, standard shipping rates apply. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times vary by location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties and import taxes (charged by the destination country)
  • Additional processing time for customs clearance
  • Higher shipping costs based on destination and package weight

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in the order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's progress through the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Items must be in the same condition as when received, with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and documentation included.

⚠️ Limited Edition Prints - Final Sale

Limited edition prints (24" × 36" metal prints) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each limited edition print is serial numbered (e.g., "5/20") and personalized with a certificate of authenticity that documents your specific edition number. This serial numbering and personalization process makes each print unique and traceable, which is why limited edition prints cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final for limited edition items.

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Open edition prints (8.5" × 11" and 13" × 19" sizes)
  • Postcards
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Limited edition prints (24" × 36" metal prints) - FINAL SALE
  • Custom or commissioned works
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at our contact page to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for different sizes of the same product (subject to availability). To request an exchange, please follow the return process above and indicate in your return request that you would like to exchange for a different size.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at our contact page with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
